why does every video have choppy audio? I find it very hard to learn when there are 5 seconds cut out, every 30 seconds.

When I click on the recording link it takes me to Adobe Connect but no content is displayed, eventually it just says “Nothing is being shared”. Similar result when I try other recording links in the Captivate blog.
