When using advanced actions that includes an apply effect motion and play an audio file, I can’t get access to the motion path from inside the advanced action panel. I get a parameter not available for the apply effect motion path. Is this a bug?

you cannot select the motion path from advanced actions dialog. it is a part of design and it is not a bug.
solution:
On stage, select the object and select the effect from you want to apply.
now select the motion path you want.
save it as a custom effect.
apply this effect from advanced actions panel.
