Topic: Choosing the right LMS for Enterprise Learning

Description: Choosing an LMS is a time-consuming and expensive affair! Making a wrong choice is not an option here, as it can break your learning infrastructure and restrict you from tracking learning effectively. You need to carefully consider the features and services available with the LMS before you make that purchase. Hi Dr. Jaisingh,

We are using Captivate 8 to build online training for physicians, and the LMS we use is not reading responsive projects correctly. The widths are all correct, and the projects work outside of this particular LMS. Projects in this LMS work fine on computers, but on mobile devices, they don’t respond to the device they are being viewed on.

I’ve tried to talk to the LMS team, and I get very little response until recently. I have a couple of questions…

– Do you know if every LMS has its own SCORM player? They are saying the player comes from Captivate, and that the LMS jusy displays the HTML5 produced in a SCORM package.

– Do you have any other questions I can ask them to help track down this issue? I really want to be able to use the tremendous features Capivate 8 offers for our learners.
