Mouse over the shape, you can see its dimensions on the bottom left corner.
To edit its dimensions, go to the Options tab in the Property Inspector. You can see the X and Y coordinates and the height and width in pixels.
Edit the values to change the size and position of the object.

I am using Captivate 9 but in the Options tab in the Property Inspector, the W and H fields to transform and make my shapes the same size, do not appear in the panel. How can I get them to appear here? Thanks for your expertise.
I am using the shapes as buttons but the same thing happens without “Use as button”.
