Hello,
I wish to export my lesson, from an Adobe Captivate projet to a Word Document.
I used do this several time, but now I have an error message who explain me that is impossible for 2 possible causes :
– My project is close
or
-Microsoft Word is not install on my computer.
But Microsoft Word is install, and my Captivate Project is already open.
If you have an answer, thanks

I had this problem, which led me to create an app that reads the XML export and converts it into plain text, which you can then use.

Thanks for your answer, but I try to run Captivate “as Administrator” but the error message is still display.
I have an other laptop with the same captivate, office licence and OS but that s working…

Hi Christophe,
Can you please try to run Adobe Captivate as Right-Click (Captivate Icon)> “Run as Administrator” and try again? Please make sure that your word is closed while printing.
