Not enough time on screen to read info. Forces user to pause all the time

Greetings –

I’ve been tasked with creating a “button” that will display in an LMS, in this case Blackboard, that when clicked , will redirect the user to a page with options for help with a particular issue, i.e. “I don’t know how to submit an assignment”.  When clicking these links, the user would, again, be redirected to another page with suggestions for resolution or the option to send a email to someone providing support.

I created a first draft of this project using Adobe Acrobat and creating links that redirect to shareable documents in Adobe Document cloud.  It’s a bit clunky and management would prefer a better solution.

I realize the details in this post, of the project are few, but does this sound like something that could be done in Captivate?

It would need to work on multiple types of hardware, computer, tablet and phone.

Thanks
