I have just discovered that I cannot hear the audio when playing back an eLearning in Captive 2017 (Preview/HTML5 in Browser). Likewise, if I upload it as a Scorm file to our LMS, it also doesn’t playback in Chrome. However, I can hear it if I make Internet Explorer the default browser (instead of Chrome).
Is there a fix for this as many of our users are using Chrome.

Chrome has promised to fix this, because it is a Chrome decision to disable AutoPlay which is causing this problem. When? No idea.
As a workaround disable AutoPlay in Captivate, use a poster image and when the user clicks to start the movie, audio wil play. There are many articles and threads about this, please use the Search functionality.
