Captivate 2017 (Not Responding)
Hopeful somebody in the community can help me understand why Captivate 2017 is extremely slow to respond when I open the software, open a file, move from slide to slide…it is slower than a snail! My IT dept just spent an hour with me changing settings to increase performance but I’m not seeing a difference. I’m operating on Windows 7 (64 bit) and have plenty of RAM. I work in a home office but have commercial grade high speed internet. Any suggestions are welcome! Thank you in advance!
Actually, I worked with Adobe this morning and come to find out, my Captivate cache was on a different location (the server) than my project file (on desktop). They must be in the same place. Not sure how that happened but at least I know what to look for now.
