SCORM content problem on captivate

Hello i created a content in captivate 2017, i’ve just exported the content to the captivate prime and locally and i just get a black screen and sometimes a white screen with a loading icon but the content never appear, somebody faced the same problem?

Discussions which are in reality questions are no longer synchronised with the general Adobe Jive forums. There it would have been possible to move your question to the Captivate Prime forum. I am just a Captivate user, and most people answering here are in the same situation. If you would post this in https://forums.adobe.com/community/adobe_captivate I could move it to the Prime forum. Or you can post directly in the Prime forum as well: https://forums.adobe.com/community/captivate_prime

Are you getting the loading screen while previewing the project as well from Captivate? Also, if you have applied any preloader from "Edit>Preferences> Start and End". Disable the Preloader and then publish the project and check the issue.
