_cp_n_m_file missing after updating Captivate

Hi all,

Ever since I updated to 10.0.1.285 I have been receiving a 404 failure to load a _cp_n_m_ file error in my console.  I have read a 4 year old post https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1576008 but the suggestions posted there (clearing out the library of dead links) have not worked for me.

The error now appears on all my older projects as well.  Anyone else have any issues with this?

Thanks

Did you every get a solution for this. I get the same error when run html5 published project in Chrome. It do not get the error in Edge or IE only chrome. I am using Captivate 2017 10.0.1.285 and publishing HTML5. I get the error when run from LMS or locally.

Hi Jeremy,
This was due to the deprecation of the auto play by the browsers and was introduced by the changes we made in-line with that to block auto play of non-muted content published from Captivate. We have fixed this and will be available in next update. Meanwhile, it should not cause any issue/bug to you during runtime of your project.

Aditya

Both LMS and from local. It just started with the upgrade. I might have my tech person uninstall and reinstall.
