Adobe Captivate Toolbar is too small to see
(7)

As you can see I have 2 images the 1st is a perfect scaling. The 2nd image is what has happened to me this week. The scaling has reduced in size making it impossible to see anything. I haven’t changed anything on my computer and even when I have done it makes no difference to captivate itself.

Please help!

Are there any resolutions to this problem.  Adjusting my Windows settings do not make any difference.

I have 2017. It has been working perfectly fine for 2 months now. I re-installed it and it actually did the opposite. The toolbar was a perfect size and now the actual slides have expanded. I have to make my display the smallest to get everything to show but it makes it so super tiny it is hurting my eyes.

I have done both those things. and it makes no difference to Adobe itself it is just loading small.

Forgot to ask, which version are you using exactly? I use both 9.0.2.437 and 10.0.1.285 on two systems with retina screen. On the Surface Pro I set the Display percentage to 200%, on my laptop to 150% and Captivate versions display well.

HI,

It looks like you are working on a high resolution display.
Can you please try to increase the display setting on your Windows OS and see if that makes any difference. You may refer to the below link-

Ajit

Are you on Windows? Have a look at the Display percentage for your screen, you may need to increase it.
