I’m looking for a way to merge the functionality of two of my Adobe accounts. I have one for work where I have Captivate, and my personal one where I have the entire creative cloud suite. To use the creative cloud applications I have to close captivate, open creative cloud, sign into my personal account, and then if I want to go back to using captivate I have to close all of creative cloud apps, open captivate sign into Adobe again, and wait. It’s rather tedious. Does anyone have an idea how to do this?

I guess that could be possible, not 100% sure though. Check it with Adobe support.

Hi, I don’t think that there is any way to merge the two accounts. Rather you can get your either of the subscriptions cancelled by contacting support and purchase it again on one account.

There is an essential problem with that. One is I purchased my own CC and my work purchased my Captivate License.

Cancel your personal subscription and buy it under your Work email. That is the only solution for this situation unfortunately. And don’t forget to contact support to cancel it, else there could be an early termination fee you might need to pay.

Would that then charge the card associated with my work e-mail or can the charges exist on 2 separate cards?
