Please provide more details! Which version are you using? If it is CP2017, did you use Fluid Boxes or Breakpoint Views? You lose a lot of control as developer with Fluid Boxes workflow over the layout that will show up.
I don’t think it is possible to set up a condition for one slide out of the course at all. If you explained, maybe an alternative can be offered.
