CC text not showing
I have inserted audio and multi-slide synchronized video in one slide, for the first 5 sec audio playing then video playing. The problem here is I have inserted CC text for both audio and video, here the video CC text is showing but audio CC text is not showing.
can anyone help me on this?

Strongly recommend to split this slide in two slides: first the audio, second the video. For the learner the transition can be smooth, will not see the difference unless the video is very heavy. Both audio and video have to be loaded On Enter for the slide, which would also be less when split up.
