Can you convert a shape button to a submit button?

Default type of Quiz buttons (look in the Object Style Manager) are using the Transparent button type. Except for the ‘shape’ itself which can be different from a rectangle, that type of button has the same styling features as a shape button: can also be filled with an image (even in each InBuilt state).

You may select the Smart Shape that you have inserted in your Captivate project -> Go to its Properties -> Check the option “Use as Button”.
I would also like to mention that Quiz Submit button has its own pre-defined functionality and you will not be able to convert Smart Shape button to a Quiz Submit button.
