I used Image zoom widget in one slide. After publish in HTML5. This zoom widget not working in Chrome browser. Other browsers are working.
What I do to solve this issue.
You tested after uploading to a webserver,. Will try to double-check here as well.

I have a similar issue with learning interactions not working. Using Captivate 2019, video playback does not work in Chrome (works in Firefox). The Zoom interaction does not work in either. I tried publishing the project to computer in html5 and again in html5 + flash with no success. The zoom window just goes blank when moving the slider. I’m publishing this as a zip file to the Canvas LMS which expands the file allowing the use of the index.html file for use in modules.
Can you check the exact version number under Help, About Captivate? Do not use dual publishing anymore please. It forces SWF output on desktop/laptop and that cause issues.

I’m only publishing to computer in html5, the adding it to my site under a directory via ftp.
Since you mention uploading to Canvas, can you check to see if the same is happening when uploading to SCORM Cloud which is the standard?
It is published only in HTML5.
Is the project been published to both SWF and HTML? I am asking this because you have inserted that tag?
