

Hi,
I have built an e-Learning course using Adobe Captivate 2017 and while publishing the course am getting the error –
ERROR:crash_report_database_win.cc(428) and the course stops running.
Could anyone help me understand why this error happening and how can I fix the same?

Can you verify some settings? Captivate needs to be installed on your system, not on a networked or external drive. The paths in Preferences, General Settings need to point to folders on your system, not to networked or external disks (check if you have a roaming profile). Moreover, make sure to Run as Administrator, which doesn’t need full Administrator rights but is important for Captivate.
