I have created a responsive learning module that runs fine when previewed, published and run from an internal server and from SCORM Cloud. However, when we try to run it from our intranet, the spinning circle comes up and continuously spins and the lesson does not initiate to the first screen. I have tried both LMS data capture on and off with the same results. Any ideas? Even my IT guys cannot figure it out.

Had the web guys take a look and activate the JSON support. All works well now. Thanks!

Can you check if the server supports JSON?
