The challenge:

I want my user to just walk left and right through a 360 image. So I need the full height of the image put into the workarea to add hotspots. I see the full image correct located in the preview pane left.

I recorded several videos and took Pan pictures with my IPhone but none of these showed up the way I wanted. Even not going closer or wider with my Iphone.

Question:

Can I scale these pictures in a way I do with normal CP images ? Don´t see the possibilities, yet.

If yes,  how can I scale 360images within captivate2019.

This tutorial will probably cover everything you need:

No, you cannot edit the 360 image in Captivate. Editing is possible in Photoshop,, recent versions, where you can also improve the images. I have not tested yet if the roundtripping works for them as well, but I suspect it does.

Thx Lieve!

Is there any information about the best format for images and videos to be used in 360slides or VR?
I tested several without any success and want to save time by better understanding what exactly the format is to be used for both images and video!

In one of the introduction videos I saw that it works somehow.
