Some images do not display when published, but do display using the HTML 5 Browser view. Why not?

I have a simple Captivate (Release 2017) project with several slides that contain images.  All images are .jpeg.   On six of the slides the images display when performing an HTML5 Browser view, but they do NOT display in LMS.  I tried deleting the graphics and then re-adding. That did not work.  I tried deleting the entire slide and then recreating – that did not work.

Any suggestions?  I’m stumped!

Did you manage to resolve this issue? I am currently experiencing something similar, where the module in SuccessFactors LMS will buffer, and then not show the image that should appear – everything else for the particular slide works fine; audio, other on screen boxes. The module works perfectly in HTML Preview browser, as well as SCORM cloud and it will mark as complete in the LMS at the end, however it skips random images. I’ve also noticed that its not the same image every time – it’s random when the module buffers.Any help on resolution will be appreciated!

Have you tested your project in Chrome and on SCORM cloud?

The LMS is SuccessFactors and the default browser is IE.

Just curious, but which LMS are you using and what browser opens up when the project begins playing?
