Hello,

We were wondering if there was any way using Javascript that we could speed up our Captivate presentations when they are being viewed. We want to create a button that when clicked speeds up the presentation, and other ones that will slow it down.

Sorry, I thought I did, HTML published folder. No interactivity on these parts.

We want to know if there is a way to do it with regular captivate publishing to html5. The Fast Forward button does not include audio, it wont even let the closed captioning show. We want to speed up the video with the audio if at all possible.

You didn’t answer my questions: are you talking about a MP4 or about a HTML  published folder?  Do you have interactivity or not?

I really do not understand what you mean by this question, my apologies. If you are talking about a normally published cptx-file, and you use the default playbar you can include a FF already. Moreover a real eLearning course includes interactivity, which means that time control is given to the learner, by using pauses and a pausing points.

If you are talking about pure passive video, which file did you create: a video demo file? Or did you publish a cptx file to MP4?
