When I import PPT slides with animation into Captivate 2019 big white circles appear on the slides that I can’t get rid of. Help?

Captivate does not play well with Powerpoint especially with animation.

Not recommended at all.

There is a program that work really well with Powerpoint and animation.

Common misunderstanding: PPT is a presentation tool and not an eLearning tool.  My moto is use the right tool for your goal. I will even present with a Captivate presentation because it offers me a lot more features than PPT. But the reverse is not the case.

No idea what happens, because I would never use PPT import at all for Captivate. Which versions of PPT are you using? Is this a normal or a responsive project? Did you keep the Blank master slide in the theme you are using in Captivate?
