Has anyone else had (and maybe fixed) this issue? I’ve set up a project with playback controls and closed captioning. When the project loads I can see the playback bar, but then it disappears (and stays gone).
Sure! I was looking for all the playbar options in the Skin Editor, but the setting I needed was in the Properties Inspector. I attached a picture. In the slide properties, select the Action options. In the On Enter actions, the Hide Playbar option was selected. I changed that option to “No Action.”
I couldn’t open the attachment, sorry. Did you use the Add Media button?But I understand now what you meant. Playbar can be hidden/shown on each slide.
I think you found it. From the Properties Inspector, with the slide properties active, I edited the Action property for when the slide loads.
The playbar was set for outside the project area. Turns out the setting I needed was in slide properties. I’m updating a predecessor’s project and you always learn something new.
Can you explain what you mean by ‘in slide properties’? I don’t know what youmean, and probably other users neither.
Are you talking about one of the default playbars? Is it set in overlay or outside of the movie?
