

Support for eLearning Community platform
Can anyone tell me how to contact support for the eLearning Community platform itself? Although I have uploaded a profile picture, a generic (redheaded female) icon is showing up next to my name everywhere I appear on the site, and I would like to change that to something more accurate. Not that I have anything against being a redheaded female, mind you, I’m just… not one. 🙂

Hi Michael,
Please follow the below steps to change the avatar icon.
- Login with your Adobe account in https://forums.adobe.com
- Click on the user avatar icon in the right top corner, and select Edit Communities Profile
- Scroll down to Avatar section and choose and predefined image or upload the one you like to have.
- Click Finish
