Summary
Publish to computer problem
When I set-up my publish to computer the settings are as above. When the publish button is clicked I get this warning –
When I click yes I get a Publish Failed warning.
This only happens with this file. None of the other files I have published have ever acted this way.

You are publishing to SWF only (beware: Flash player will no longer be supported in one year). Why select Rescalable HTML since you publish only to SWF? Indeed, reflection is not supported for HTML output.
