VR project white screen?

Hi,

when I open a VR project the work space is white instead of the usual VR background. There is no option to upload an image, I can drag and drop an image but it doesn’t present correctly?

Just to note, I am using a remote connection.

Any help will be appreciated.

I have the same issue. When I create a new VR project, the “Add 360 image/video” does not appear on the screen. There are no other  options to successfully import the 360 assets.

Can you check out this blog post:

Moreover some users reported similar issues when connecting their system to some docking stations. Do you use a docking station?

No, I don’t use a docking station, I have tried it on the computer Captivate is installed on and it works fine. Must be something to do with the remote connection not being compatible, the software is ‘Windows remote desktop connection’. I have no problem with any other software.

I don’t understand your comment. You are talking about a VR project, but mention ‘remote desktop connection’. Do you mean that Captivate is installed on a networked drive? That is certainly never to be recommended.
