Black screen when publishing in Captivate 2019

Am new to captivate and am trialling the captivate 2019.  In preview mode the 360’s and hotspots appear perfectly, but after I publish and click on the index file, the 360’s appear blacked out. Strange that straight after i publish and the software asks if I want to view the output file, it all works perfectly. Any Ideas ?

I am having the same problem. I have Adobe Captivate 2019. When I check my project before publishing it is fine and working properly. I can click and scroll on my 360 image and click on the hotspots. When I publish to .html all of the 360 is blacked out. I can only see a text box that I included with it. Any ideas on this? Thanks.

Check out this it might help you, if you want to check your project before publishing it to a server.

Can you check your version number under Help, About Captivate? Make sure it is the most recent one, which is 11.0.1.266.

HTML content, and certainly with 360 slides have to be uploaded to a webserver in order to view it correctly. The local viewing which you tried often will fail because of several reasons.
