Pretest Continues to Show Quiz as Passed even if User Failed
I am a recent graduate with a Master's in Instructional Design and currently a Doctoral student of Educational Technology and Design. I am interested in many facets of EdTech for business training needs and in higher education. My goal is to become a Adobe Captivate expert so that I may begin doing projects for my current role and also freelance. I will probably be asking a lot of questions and hoping to share knowledge as I get it. Nice to meet you :)

Hi there,

I’ve tested this both in a scorm cloud and in project preview and the pretest Quiz Results slide continues to show that the user passed although they failed. I’ve checked and re-checked the settings, not sure what I am missing. Any thoughts?

Ashley

You’re welcome. Captivate’s quizzes have so  many features and flexibility that I often read questions due to misunderstanding.  Do download my free table with quzzing ssytem variables. I am just busy writing out some tips for using random questions.

Are you really talking about Pretest slides? I am asking this because those type of slides do NOT appear in the Quiz Results slide at all!  Can you also mention which version (full number) you are using?

Hi Lieve,

Well, this makes sense then. I hide the quiz results slide and now; it is operating as it should with the advanced actions set in place.

Thanks so much,

Ashley
