Check also if you installed the most recent driver for your camera.

Make sure to install the patch as well. The most recent version is 11.0.1.266.

I reinstalled the OS again and reinstalled the Adobe Captivate, and it worked now

Hi, can you please share the os version?

Also can you please check, is the webcam works with other applications.
