For the past 4days, I am trying to install Adobe Captivate 2019 in my laptop (lenovo L470), but the installation freezes at 95%. My laptop meets all the hardware requirement to install this. Please anyone help me with the resolution?
I’m having the same issue. I get to 87% and then I get error code 1.

Hi, is that installation issue cleared? Because i am also planning to update from 2017 to 2019. So if there is problem in installation, I must temp. continue with same 2017.
It seems to be a problem for a couple of users, Not for the majority. I suspect this to be linked to the setup of the systems for those users. CP2019 is definitely worth upgrading, I don’t use CP2017 anymore.

Maurice, could you also show the installation log which Mayank points out? Do you install locally?

Can you try to share the install.log files located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers to analyze?

Are you installing locally? Are you perhaps connected to a network and have Documents in a roaming profile?
