I am having issues with where elearning brothers Character assets download to.
Sometimes they download and a thumbnail appears where they should in My Assets – Characters – Assets.
Sometimes they download but no thumbnail appears so I cannot select them through assets and have to upload them as you would for a standard image. This is very time consuming.
We run into this to. We have 2017 i.e., 10 but sometimes things download in the public folder for 10 and sometimes they download in the c:/ folder which has 9.0 images.
Please can you check the exact version number? It should be 10.0.1.285. The problems you mention were in the first release if my memory is correct. I cannot double check, have that version no longer.
