Exporting and sending for review captivate draft

I am trying to create a project in captivate draft and am following a tutorial with LinkedIn learning. When I try to send a project for review I am not offered the email option/icon – can anybody explain why.

Also if I export a project to the cloud – I cannot import it in the trial version of captivate I am using – on the learning tutorial the email option is there and the open from captivate draft is on the landing screen but not on my screen – again can anybody explain why.

If I want to ‘import from the cloud’ in draft the project is there and it imports as a copy so it seems to upload OK.

If I can’t find a solution I will have to find an alternative as I am using a lot of time trying to find a solution.

Any help appreciated

I just found this out as well…It seems that at some point this year that feature to send via email was removed in an iOS update. I spoke with someone from Adobe support and they confirmed this was removed. For my situation, sure…I can use the Cloud but sending via email was faster.

Can you specify the exact version number of your Captivate installation? You find it under Help, About Captivate.
