Adding text or an image along with audio to a hotspot in VR 360

Hi,
I have created 5 hotspot in VR 360 and on click I have given action as display image and in options tab added audio to each hotspot. it is a exploratory VR.
when I publish the project all the audios play at once.
but the expected out put was the audio and image should be triggered only when the hotspot is clicked.
can anyone please tell me how to resolve this.
