I’m running the updated Captivate CC 2019. Certain learning interactions do not allow me to scroll to the bottom of the configuration screen. Thus, I can’t save my configuration settings. Have to use ESC key to exit the interaction and it does not add to the timeline.
Having this problem with Carousel and Bulletin.

Were you able to change the monitor settings and see the complete dialog box? Please, give some feedback.
What is the screen resolution you are using? Those dialog boxes are rather big, it looks like you do have too little px in the height. Try to increase the resolution, or maybe if you are on Windows to lower the Display Percentage.
