Cannot perform manual software simulation screen capture
Running OSX 10.14.2, Cp 11.0.1.266 for Mac
1) Reset manual recording key to
⌘ X
Didn’t capture screen. Nor could I clear the red recording box by clicking the Cp icon in the tray
2) Reset manual recording key to default
⌘ F6
Didn’t capture screen. Nor could I clear the red recording box by clicking the Cp icon in the tray
In summary, there is no way for me to capture software sim screens manually or to exit out of Cp without force quitting. I cleared cache, rebooted…all the usual trouble shooting.
Has anyone else seen this behavior (on Mac or PC) ? I haven’t used manual screen recording since 5.5, so I don’t know if this has been a long running issue.
Thanks!
Alice
