I have not been able to find the Merge with Background option in Captivate 2019. Is there a new option available to perform this task?

I have a Master slide with an additional object and when the slide fades in, you can see the Main Master and then the objects from the slide fade in. Usually Merge with the Background would fix this issue.

Reason is that you are using a Background set to either Master Slide Background, or Project Background. It has nothing to do with the type of master slide at all, Chandresh. You made a wrong conclusion, even the Blank master slide can have a background, look at the Windswept theme.

If you switch to Custom background, you’ll be albe to merge an object with the background. Look at the screenshot.

Hi, there is “Merge with background” options….

you might have used very first title slide, which comes by default when you have created new blank project. AND in that slide this option is not present!!!

So best option would be… select all objects and copy paste in new blank slide…. once everything is ok … delete earlier slide.
