Captivate 2019 VR not publishing images?

So I’m tryig to publish my vr project to BlackBoard.  I’ve tried publishing it using a zipped folder and uploading to the course content; this plays except the background 360 images are not displaying – just black with the hotspots hovering in mid blackness.  The same happens if I turn on reporting and upload as a SCORM package.

When I go into the course content folder, I see a bunch of files and folders, but I see nothing that would resemble a 360 image/jpg.  Is it possible it’s not publishing these images with the package?

The project previews fine with Preview Project and Live Preview on Devices.

I am having a similar problem, but I am not even trying this in an LMS (no SCORM, nothing; HTML5 only). I tried running it from a file server and on a web server I have a very simple 1 slide project, using one of Adobe’s included back grounds. I am just doing a 360 image on a slide. In Captivate, all works well. But if I publish it, Edge lets it work perfectly; Chrome (Version 73.0.3683.75 (Official Build) (32-bit)) only shows the 360 icon up in the upper left corner– no images, the rest of the screen is blank; IE11… the HTML5 loader icon just spins endlessly. Chrome throws a bunch of errors about “CPXHRLoader.js” I verified that the file is in the structure.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘getExtension’ of null

Did you check for WebGL support on your system?

yes, I went to the link you offered https://get.webgl.org/ (you sent to another forum user — Thank you, by the way) and the spinning cube appears and states “Your browser supports WebGL”

I also am having this issue. I can preview my vr environment, even live preview on device. But any published assets only display a black 360 environment with hotspots that are clickable if you know where they are.

Can you try to upload to SCORM Cloud? You need to turn on on reporting in that case. That will sort out if the problem is with Blackboard or with Captivate.

Yes, was able to troubleshoot with Adobe support and it seems to work in their cloud.  It’s also not playing on the other webserver I directly publish to, but there the loading circle keeps spinning and never goes to play.

Is there a way to be sure it’s publishing all the necessary files?  Is there something else I should be looking for instead?

I uploaded as SCORM again to Blackboard. and it started correctly, showed the images, until I get a few clicks in, and then it just decides not to show the 360 images any more.

You seem to be confused. SCORM Cloud is not from Adobe, but a site by the real standard for SCORM (Rustici).
