no debug information
I’m attempting to troubleshoot an issue where Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) isn’t recording data correctly and occasionally isn’t recording completions of trainings. In the scormdriver.js file for a published file I’ve set SHOW_DEBUG_ON_LAUNCH=true; and then uploaded the file to CSOD as well as SCORMCloud, and while the debug window does appear it’s empty and doesn’t show any debug information.
Any ideas about what’s wrong and how to correct this?
