Hide playbar by default in VR project?

Is it possible to hide the playbar by default in a VR project? It is possible to hide the playbar via a hotspot action, but I’m unable find a method of hiding it initially.

Here is a possible workaround: instead of using a VR project, start with a Blank project. Insert a 360 slide. Since you can now add other types of slides, insert a very short slide before the 360 slide and you’ll have an On Enter event to be used, and also the Skin editor is available.

Hello, I have the same concern. The potential for VR projects is fantastic, but so much of the functionality is lost.

I too would really like to have the playbar permanently off (Im not sure why you would want users to control the play flow??) As jeffreys has asked, is there no way to just have the playbar off?

Thanks for your response; however, neither option is available in a VR project. Skin Editor is grayed-out and On Enter is not available.

As in any Captivate project you can hide the playbar using Project, Skin editor. Turn off the playbar in the first tab, then turn off the bottom border in the second tab.

You could also use the Hide Playbar command On Enter for the 360 slide if you want to use it on other slides.
