Inserting MP4 video into Captivate 2019 error messages

I am having a brand new issue with inserting MP4 videos into a Captivate lesson. I have been doing the same procedure for years and have never had an issue so I can’t figure this out. Within the same lesson I was able to insert a number of MP4s with no issue, but half of them are not working. I receive the videos from my client as .avi files and then I render them in Photoshop and save them as MP4s. The settings have not changed. The files import into Captivate without an issue. When I try to put the video onto the slide, I get the following message:

Failed to load the video file. The file path or the URL may be invalid. Do you want to change the file path or the URL?

If I click yes, I get the following:

Cannot get FLV duration from the metadata. This file may not work properly with the pause slide till end of the video option.

If I click no, I get the following:

Video encountered an internal error.

Any ideas?

Are you using the most recent version which is 11.0.1.266?

Do you insert the video as event or as slide video? I think you are on a non-responsive project, correct?

Have you tried to re-encode the video to H264 with the Adobe Media Encoder to be sure the correct codec is used?
