Replace an image on the screen to another image and maintain the dimensions
I’m puzzled by this simple task. I searched high and low for the answer but had no luck..
Whenever I change the image on my slide with another from the library, it always adjusts the size of the image back to the new image dimensions.
Is there a way to change the image and maintain the same dimensions as the previous image? So a replace image plus crop at once. This is very cumbersome because I have to click on the image, then the position tab, copy the dimensions, then replace the image, then click the dimension tab again to reset the dimensions to the same size.
Thank you!
Todd

Use a master slide with a placeholder object in the wanted size. However you will still have to edit the image, because it will be squeezed.
