You are using the dual publishing, please do not do that anymore. Publish only to HTML5, since the SWF output will become obsolete very soon. If you really need SWF, do a separate publishing. The output has become too different.

Forgot to ask to post the Publish settings, maybe you wanted to publish to video?  If you are publishing to HTML5, which Preview method did you use. Asking this because for a non-responsive project only F11, Preview HTML in Browser is giving a rather accurate preview. The other previews use a temporary SWF output file, where videos are treated differently.

Did you publish to HTML5? In that case, after publishing did you upload to a webserver? Viewing locally cannot always be trusted to show the final output for several reasons.
