Convert large screen PPT to Adobe
(3)

Hello,

The PPT documents I am working on have a (16:9) format, which corresponds to a larger size than the standard format (4:3). When I want to import them to Adobe Captivate, it doesn’t match : the presentation is not well-looking and words are missing.

Is it possible to keep the (16:9) format and import these PPT documents to the software ?

Thank you in advance for your answers.

This is what I did but when it oppens on Adobe, the presentation is deformed. For example, I wrote a text in a fram : in the original PowerPoint file, the text is inside ; after importation on AdobeCaptivate, even if I follow your recommandation, the text is outside.

Hi Emmanuel.  I’m going to start from the beginning to show you the steps you can take. First, create a new Captivate project by selecting the “From PowerPoint” option. Next you will be prompted to browse to select your PowerPoint file. Once you select it to open you will be presented with the Project Properties prompt. There you can select to import your file at it’s original size.
