Does anyone know how to set up the skin editor’s ” next/advance” button to go to  the next page without using a hidden button?

Hi, I have attached a cptx for your help with this issue.  I am using a Captivate Skin Editor, and I do not want the learner to advance to the next slide until the text-to-speech has completed.  Anyway to prevent the learner form advancing without using executable actions.  I have 12 lessons that need this fix!  Any help you could provide would be great.

Forcing the user to watch the slide fully before seeing the Next button can only be done with custom navigation. I will post some links to possible workflows in a separate comment (for moderation waiting time).

Still no answer, is it possible to tell if you could solve the problem or need more help?

Did you read my previous answer, please?  Are you able to create custom navigation buttons? Did you read the blog posts explaining how to force first view of a slide?

Can you explain more in detail what you exactly want? AFAIK the Next button in any playbar is going to the next slide. Alternative is to create custom navigation, where you would have more control over the buttons, can add delay to their appearance on some slides etc.

Please also mention the exact version number you are using. You can find it under Help, About Captivate.
