I opened a captivate project 9 project in Captivate 2019 and when I published it as HTLM5 it will not play at all. Any suggestions?
Please, was the provided information useful? Or are you frustrated because upgrading over 12 years of files is not a one-click workflow?
Forgot to tell: if you really want to continue upgrading that very old project, you will need at least two intermediate versions and do it gradually. Maybe you understand now why I advice to recreate from scratch, which may be a lot quicker.
If the training has not much interactivity you could also play it and capture with the Video Demo feature which was not available 13 years ago (that is about the age of CP3).
Never try to upgrade a project over so many versions£. Version 3 supported AS2, with CP2019 you should only use HTML5 output (since Flash Player will die soon) and CP3 did not yet support output for HTML at all (didn’t exist).
My recommendation: please recreate that course.
