What is “Q & A” Section in “My post” of our profile page of this eLearning community portal?

The confusing part is, we do not have the option to select it while creating a new post! So even if we assume that we can add FAQ type information(both Questions and its Answers) in “Q & A” section, how to add it?

Hello Chandresh !

In fact, it’s related to the questions you asked there :

https://forums.adobe.com/community/adobe_captivate

(The Captivate forum community)

All the questions I asked on this forum appears here (Q & A) !…

(Lilybiri doesn’t ask any question there, she just answered ours !… Hi hi !…)

Happy Captivating !…

OK, true that I don’t have questions listed. But the Q&A can appear as tag in a blog post, which may not be what Chandresh wanted to know.

I have several blog posts which have the indicator Q&A. In the first tab with tags, choose Adobe Captivate, and in the second one Q&A. It is indeed confusing, lot needs refurbishment. To start with the ‘score’ system which is ridiculous IMO,  but that may be due to my career as professor and dislike for hypes like gamification.

Search is working pretty well compared with the normal Jive forums and has nice sorting functionality. Nevertheless, finding the correct information still may be a pain.  There is no curation at all, bit like YouTube.
