I just got off the phone with Adobe sales. I must say I am a little disappointed by the fact that I wanted to pay for a full year of Captivate 2019 as my company is wanting to move away from issuing credit cards to working with purchase orders. Currently, there is no option for purchasing a full year subscription in advance. This does put me in a bit of a bind as I love working with Captivate. Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so how did you resolve the issue?
Yea we did through Captivate 9 version. When they released the subscription model we held off as we did not need the new features. I am working in 2019 now but my company is pushing to be able to pay using a purchase order rather than a credit card. I may have to budget for that for next year if we cannot get this resolved.
