I just got off the phone with Adobe sales. I must say I am a little disappointed by the fact that I wanted to pay for a full year of Captivate 2019 as my company is wanting to move away from issuing credit cards to working with purchase orders. Currently, there is no option for purchasing a full year subscription in advance. This does put me in a bit of a bind as I love working with Captivate. Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so how did you resolve the issue?

Another possibility is to be active on the portal, which could lead to a complementary temporary serial number?

I am just a user, this is a question for the  local Adobe official channel (rules are not the same in all coutnries).

Just one possible alternative: buy a version, which will of course be more expensive but you will own that perpetual version.

Yea we did through Captivate 9 version. When they released the subscription model we held off as we did not need the new features. I am working in 2019 now but my company is pushing to be able to pay using a purchase order rather than a credit card. I may have to budget for that for next year if we cannot get this resolved.
