I posted an answer about a week ago, but still didn’t get any feefback. Please! If you could fix the problem yourself, that would be great, but for the sake of other users, maybe leave a message explaining the way you solved it

What is your present workflow, and what are the problems you encounter? Which version of Captivate are you using? You can find the full version number under Help, About Captivate.
