Any ideas of good resources for instructional design for elearning? I’m looking for cognitive psychology based resources to create truly good elearning.

Search for some webinars by Allen Partridge (Adobe evangelist).
But don’t forget: you have a history as learner and teacher (everyone does). Look back at that history, what were the good and bad experiences?
