So I was working on a design and imported a simple jpeg, I can see it when I am working but once I go to preview or publish it becomes a solid red rectangle…any advice…please

Can you please update graphics drivers, because that is the main cause of the red rectangle.

What is the size of that JPEG file?

Can you please mention the exact version number of Captivate?
